Meet Nicole

Originally from Naperville, Illinois Nicole moved to Iowa City to study Dance and Health Promotion at the University of Iowa where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and minor in Physical Activity and Nutrition Science.

After graduating, Nicole completed her 200-hour yoga certification and 650-hour certification in Massage Therapy.

Soon after, she moved to Louisville, Colorado with her husband to explore the mountainous outdoors, dance professionally, and work as a massage therapist.

After spending a few years exploring Colorado, she and her husband made the decision to move to Omaha to be closer to family. Having been in Omaha the last few years, she has fallen in love with the tight-knit community and smaller town feel that city of Omaha brings.

Nicole is a Licensed Massage Therapist, ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Instructor and Barre and Sculpt Instructor.

She has been in the Health/Wellness/Fitness Industry for last 10 years and has had various experiences working at spas, gyms, studios and other businesses within the industry. She is excited to grow her practice in central Omaha to motivate individuals to take care of themselves.

She believes that optimal health and wellness is far beyond just one action, but is a series of behaviors that eventually lead to a healthy lifestyle to be “embodied,” in order to feel, look and act at one’s very highest capability.
