How it works

Start with a 1-hour consultation so we can better understand your health and fitness habits and goals. We’ll ask a few questions and tailor our recommendations.

We’ll design a custom health and fitness program that fits naturally in your daily routine. This can include daily meal ideas, at-home or gym workout plans, nutrition education, and virtual training.

In a few months, you’ll start to see that your health and fitness are truly integrated in your lifestyle. You’ll begin building habits that allow you to live your life — while also prioritizing your overall wellness.

Kick Off Call
We’ll learn about your health and fitness goals so we can build a plan.
Prep Work
Download the app, start tracking, and get yourself in the mindset for change.
First Check-In
Review plans, set workouts, and determine your first mini goals.
Month 2
Weekly Check-Ins
The 2nd month is when things will really begin to take shape. Habits will start to form and you’ll hit your stride.
Progress Check
At the 6-week check-in we’ll spend a little extra time recapping your progress so far and reset your goals.
